Ayurveda

Ayurveda is considered to be the oldest healing science. It is a 5000 year old system originating from the Vedic culture of India. It is a Sanskrit word derived from two roots: Ayur, which means life, and Veda, which means knowledge. Ayurveda understands that each person is unique and has an individual combination of physical, spiritual and mental characteristics which composes their own constitution. Health is a balance of all these three states and their relation with the outside world. Ayurveda helps one to synchronize the above three thus helping chalk out the unique path towards optimal health.
