Orders will be typically processed within 24 to 48 hours before departing from shipment .

• Shipping only includes shipments made to addresses within the continental United States,
• Naturevibe reserves the right to select the carrier when paying the freight.
• Naturevibe reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
• Free shipping on orders over $20 on all the organic products.
• Due to the current situation orders  are delayed and will be shipped in 3 days & typically reach within 8-10 days . 
• If you place a large order, we can send the items in multiple shipments, and you may receive them at different times over the course of a few days. We request you to wait before contacting us.
• Once your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.

Damaged Packages/wrong items -

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control.

Please contact customer service for assistance within 3 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product, package, or packing slip away. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items).

If you receive the wrong items, please leave the products unopened and contact customer service immediately. For a full refund or exchange of product, customer service must be notified within 3 business days of the package's initial arrival.

You can easily put your tracking number and get the details .If by chance you didn't receive any tracking number you can go to TRACK YOUR ORDER put your order number & email , you will be notified with your tracking number.
