Easy returns-

We not only guarantee the quality of our products, we also guarantee your satisfaction.  We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement whichever suits.

However, we do not refund any special order items or shipping charges.

Return unopened items within 15 days from the invoice date for a full refund of original purchase price naturevibe.com is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.

If the items are opened and you are not satisfied with the product, Return opened items within 15 days from the invoice date for partial refund. If the items are not opened then you must return them at your own expense, and we will refund your money once we get the items.

Shipping charges and applied discounts are NOT refundable. For more information regarding damaged item disputes, please see our Privacy Policy and Terms.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There should be no missing items in the received order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at web@naturevibe.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control.

please contact customer service for assistance within 3 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product, package, or packing slip away. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items).

If you receive the wrong items, please leave the products unopened and contact customer service immediately. For a full refund or exchange of product, customer service must be notified within 3 business days of the package's initial arrival

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Package and packaging  
It's possible that the package for various units will differ. It is beyond our control. * For Example: if you ordered 5Lbs then you might receive 5 packs of 1Lb or 1 pack of 5Lbs. If you want to return the items then you have to send it back at your own expenses. 

Packaging may also differ from the mockups displayed on the website.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Fraud Orders
If your order is flagged as fraudulent, we may request proof of payment or a bank statement, as per our company's policy. We will send you three email requests, however if the customer still does not deliver the proof within 10 days, we will cancel the order and the money will not be refunded until we receive the proof.
