Bulk Coconut Flour in 55 lb Bags

Coconut flour is made from dried, defatted coconut meat that is finely milled into a soft, off-white flour with a mild, naturally sweet coconut flavor. It is highly absorbent and is widely used in grain-free and specialty baking, where it is typically used in smaller quantities than wheat flour.

Naturevibe Botanicals supplies coconut flour in 55 lb bulk bags for bakeries, snack and bar manufacturers, food producers and ingredient distributors.

Formulation Notes

Coconut flour absorbs far more liquid than wheat flour. As a general guide, it replaces about 1/4 to 1/3 of the wheat flour in a recipe, with extra eggs or liquid added. Bench testing is recommended before scaling. Need other grain-free flours? See our bulk cassava flour and tapioca starch.
