Uses?
- Mix 2 tbsp of triphala churna with 5-6 tbsp of normal water. Apply the thick paste onto your scalp and gently massage it for a few minutes. Leave it for 20-30 minutes before rinsing off with normal water.
- To use it on the skin, they may mix a small amount of powder with a lotion or cream.
