Ingridients:

For the dough:

  • *½ Cup Roasted And Powdered Oats
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¼ Tsp Naturevibe Organic Oregano Leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Puree (Prepared In A Mixer) / Readymade Pizza Sauce
  • Salt To Taste

For the filling:

  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Onion, Tomato & Capsicum
  • 2-3 Flakes Of Garlic Finely Minced
  • ¼ Tsp Naturevibe Organic Oregano Leaves
  • Salt & Chili To Taste
  • 2 Tsp Powdered Oats
  • 2 Tsp Finely Grated Mozzarella Cheese

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix Dough Ingredients, Knead In Warm Water And Keep Aside.
  2. Grease Non-Stick Pan With A Drop Of Oil & Saute Vegetables Till Tender And Dry.
  3. Add Salt, Oregano & Oats. Cool And Mix Grated Cheese.
  4. Divide Dough Into Small Balls. Place Filling Inside And Roll Into Chapattis.
  5. Grease Non-Stick Pan And Cook Till Both The Sides Are Brown And Crisp.
  6. *For Powdered Oats, Roast Oats For 2-3 Mins.
