goji chutney




  1. In a large pot, place cranberries, goji berries, chopped apricots and chopped shallot.
  2. Add apple cider and enough water to cover.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until goji berries are soft and plump and the cranberries pop.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the walnuts and add orange peel powder.
  6. Let chutney cool to room temperature.
  7. Divide them into a container or jars (if you are giving them as gifts).
