Carbohydrates with it, by turning it into a tortilla with just a handful of ingredients, that are almost always readily available in your kitchen.

To make your delicious flax seed wraps, you will need.

1. 2 Cups of naturevibe botanicals flax seeds

2.  1 Cup of hot boiling water.

3. ½ teaspoon of salt.

4. Naturevibe Botanicals Organic Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon

5. Naturevibe Botanicals Organic Ginger powder. ¼ teaspoon

6. Naturevibe Botanicals Organic Garlic powder. ¼ teaspoon

7. Naturevibe Botanicals Organic Onion flakes ¼ teaspoon.

 

METHOD

1. Add the flaxseeds in a blender, and blend till fine and soft.

2. Add all the spices to the boiling hot water, along with the flax seed meal and mix well, till it forms a dough.

3. Let the dough cool down, roll into smaller dough.

4. Place a dough between two parchment papers, to avoid it from sticking, and roll it into a tortilla.

5. Heat it on a non stick pan and cook well.

6. serve with a scoop of fresh Greek yogurt, some fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and cottage cheese, add some flax seeds to it, roll it, enjoy!
