bread balls


  • 4 Tbsp Oats
  • 6 Slices Of Whole Wheat Bread
  • ¼ Cup Finally Chopped Vegetables
  • Egg White From 5 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Skimmed Milk
  • ¼ Tsp Naturevibe Organic Oregano Leaves
  • ½ Tbsp Naturevibe Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to test
  • 1 Tbsp Naturevibe Organic White Cheese Powder For Sprinkling




  1. Soak Oats In Milk For 3-4 Mins.
  2. Whisk Egg White. Add Soaked  Oats, Salt, Pepper, Oregano & Vegetables.
  3. Pour Mixture On A Non-Stick Pan And Stir Till Scramble Is Half Done.
  4. Remove Crusts Of The Bread And Gently Flatten With A Rolling Pin.
  5. Grease The Rolled Bread And put the stuffing inside and make a balls.
  6. Place Scrambled Egg White. Fry All The Balls Till The Bread Is Crisp and Sprinkle White Cheese Powder.
